The Freedman's received a $7,980 cash rebate!
Mr. Freedman is an analyst for a large mutual fund company. He studies companies from top to bottom to understand if they are a good investment.

So, who does an analyst trust when it came time to buy his own home?
Well the numbers all added up, SavingStreet of course.

How did you hear about SavingStreet?
We used Google.

Did you get everything that was promised?
Yes. Everything was perfect. No problems, it went very smoothly.

Was the agent helpful and professional?
Yes, Mike did a great job. He was cognizant to the real estate risks. He was careful to make sure the contracts were perfect. He even drove the contracts to someone's house to get things done. He would go out of his way.

We knew where we wanted to be and what we were looking for. He provided us comps and comfortable access to what we wanted to see. There was no "sales pressure". It was like having a waiter that delivers what you want and doesn't pressure you. SavingStreet is not for everyone but for the people that don't want hand holding, but do want information and access, it works out terrific.

How did you SavingStreet experience compare to your previous home buying experiences?
The one time we used a full service broker is wasn't so great. The value add was pretty minimal. The other time we did a FSBO (for sale by owner).

The advantage with SavingStreet is you get the leg work on the contracts and its easier to see places when you have a broker.

Would you use SavingStreet again?
Of course.

Would you refer SavingStreet to your family and friends?
Yes. I already have. I referred a friend yesterday.

What are you going to do with the money?
Fix up around the house.

Pete McGil received a $5,900 cash rebate!
Pete McGil is a VP for a large national Mortgage Banking Company. He has been helping home buyers secure financing for years. So who did this industry insider trust when it was time to make his own purchase? The professionals at SavingStreet of course. Here is what he has to say about his experience

How did you hear about SavingStreet?
I was referred by a friend of mine. In addition, I saw the billboards all over town and saw the ads in the Denver Post. It was the combination.

Did you get everything that was promised?
Yes and more. Having bought a few houses before, I knew there were some commission dollars floating around. I was in a position that I knew what the internet provides. I knew the neighborhood I wanted and also knew this meant any real estate agent I would work with wouldn't be doing much work.

Also, because of the money coming back, I wasn't looking for something in "move in" condition. Without a program like SavingStreet, If I would have come across something that wasn?t ready, I would have passed on it. I know this would have been the case on the property I bought. The rebate money accelerated me buying a property. Because the rebate is outside of the close, its not getting rolled into the loan. Its not getting lost in the mortgage. It was real money. The money comes right back after close. The money is what I am using for new paint, carpet and blinds. It is making the place look new.

Was the Agent Helpful and Professional?
Stacey did a great job. The process went very smoothly and there were no issues.

How did your SavingStreet Experience Compare With Your Previous home buying experiences?
Better. But if it weren't for SavingStreet, I would have been looking for some other way of keeping the money. I would have looked up "cheaper commissions" or something. I knew this kind of model was out there. If a real estate agent isn't doing the work I knew there had to be a way for me to realize the savings and not leave the money on the table.

Would you use SavingStreet Again?
Of Course! I cant over emphasis how much money passes around. In my case there was almost $6,000 on the table. For me, I wouldn't buy another house without SavingStreet. If anyone is looking, I would say you are crazy not to use SavingStreet. There is money on the table, pick it up.

I told a buddy about the SavingStreet deal after he just closed. His jaw was on the floor when he realized how much money he could have put in his pocket.

Would you refer SS to your family and friend?
Without a doubt.

What would you say to anyone thinking about using SavingStreet?
Nobody moves into a house and doesn't need cash. Mortgage companies require you to have cash resources after close. Why? Because they know by the time you move in you wont have any money. Moving, fix up, etc, it all takes money. These guys know when its all over you will need cash. This is another reason to use SavingStreet.

I wouldn't do it any other way. If someone learns about SavingStreet and doesn't use it they should have their heads examined. Everyone needs cash when they move.

Did you get everything that was promised?

"Absolutely. In fact, it was easier than I expected. I was on the SavingStreet site and I had a question. I called the phone number on the site and had a returned phone call within 5 minutes. I am always skeptical about new ways of doing things but the responsiveness alleviated my skepticism.”

Was the agent helpful?

"Absolutely. She was a lot of fun. I especially like the fact she was with Re/Max. Working with a reputable firm was helpful.”

What will you do with the money?

"Finish my Basement."

How satisfied are you with SavingStreet?

“On a scale of 10, my experience was a 9. Yes, I will recommend SavingStreet to my friends. In fact I already have and he closes on his house on Monday (he used SavingStreet).”

What will you do with the money?

"When you buy a house, everyone wants a piece of your checkbook. It's nice when someone is putting cash into it! We couldn't have bought the house without SavingStreet. It is the money we will use to move, buy a refrigerator and cover all of the other expenses from moving into a new house."

DRU LYNCH
Dru Lynch recently closed on his new house using SavingStreet.com. As a result, he received a check for over $6,500. Following are his comments regarding his experience with SavingStreet:

How did you hear about SavingStreet?

"I found SavingStreet from AOL. It was the most competitive offer I could find.”

Did you get everything that was promised?

"Yes, we are completely satisfied. We are totally pumped on how it worked out. It was a painless experience. What we liked the most was being able to control the process before getting an agent involved. It’s hard when you start with an agent because you feel awkward if you don't know exactly what you want. You feel like you may be wasting their time. Also, you feel obligated to move faster than perhaps you want to. We took our time to figure our where we wanted to live. When we found the house we wanted, we got SavingStreet involved.”

Was the agent helpful?

" Kelly Atteridg is super! We are just delighted with her.”

What will you do with the money?

" We are going to do some remodeling. New carpeting and flooring and some new granite countertops."
